Dec 24: OPEN and OPERATING³

Dec 25 – Dec 28: CLOSED (sample pick-up and delivery suspended)

Dec 29 – Dec 30: Labs OPEN and OPERATING

Dec 31: OPEN and OPERATING³

Jan 1: CLOSED (sample pick-up and delivery suspended)

Jan 2: Labs OPEN and OPERATING, all sample pick-up and delivery resumes.

Jan 5:  ALL US labs and services resume normal operating schedules

¹Main Gene Synthesis facility open and operating Dec 25 – Jan 2. FastFragment and US-based processing closed Dec 23 – Jan 2; processing resumes Jan 5.
²All samples received between December 23 – Jan 2 will be accessioned and held in storage until normal operations resume on January 5.

³Please check your local dropbox for potential changes to pickups on Dec 24 and Dec 31.

Germany lab, Leipzig (Sanger & NGS) 
Dec 24 – Dec 26: CLOSED, Sample pick-up suspended.

Dec 29 – Dec 30: NGS and Sanger Sequencing Labs open and operating (Express Sanger Sequencing Service will be provided with Standard turnaround time), Sample Pick-up resumes.

Dec 31 – Jan 1: CLOSED, Sample pick-up suspended.

Jan 2: Lab OPEN, Sample Pick-up resumes.

No Amplicon-EZ during Dec 24 – Jan-1. Normal cycle schedules will resume on Jan 5, 2026. 

UK lab, Takeley (Sanger)
Dec 24 - Jan 1 CLOSED, Sample pick-up suspended.
Jan 2 - Lab OPEN, Sample Pick-up resumes.
